Another ALA Midwinter has flown by
The maze of boxes is back in the Dallas Convention Center, after the close of the 2012 American Library Association Midwinter Conference exhibits! Yesterday was the last day of the conference, and exhibitors from all over the world opened up their booths one last time to this year’s conference attendees and fellow exhibitors.
We were excited to have visitors visit us during the conference to learn about Literati by Credo, our new collaborative research platform. The conference also gave us the chance to see many of our customers and to hear about the ways in which they are using Credo Reference in their libraries. Seeing these old friends and meeting new ones is always a highlight of any conference we attend.
On Sunday night, we hosted a party at Gilley’s Dallas in celebration of the launch of Literati. Guests ate southern BBQ, danced to a mix of country music and new hits, dressed up in southern garb and had their photos taken, and tamed the mechanical bull.
