Visiting Poole and Training Sessions
Here at Credo, we are always thrilled when we get the chance to visit with our subscribers and show them some of the new features and titles that are available on Credo Reference. Recently our Sales Director in the UK, Anne Kail, visited the Borough of Poole Libraries, and had this to say:
It’s always a huge pleasure to visit our subscribers for a training session and to hear their thoughts and ideas. The Poole branch librarians made me especially welcome yesterday, and are all fired up about the new features on Credo, which is reward enough. But sometimes you get a bonus thrown in – and this is is the view from Poole station while I waited for my train.

The meeting was held at the Rossmore Library, “a stylish and modern new library on two levels that was opened in January 2005.”
